Terms of sale
All purchases on thecabinet.no are stored in our customer system. The information stored is the purchase history and the customer's delivery and billing address. You can choose the password yourself for login. Here you can see your own profile which contains purchase history and information such as delivery and billing address. Your customer account can be deleted by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shortly after an order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email including your order number, details about the product you have purchased and delivery details. Please note that the order confirmation is a confirmation that we have received your order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours after the order is placed, please contact us at email@example.com. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email with all the delivery details.
All prices are stated in NOK including VAT. The Cabinet reserves the right to change prices of products. Product prices will be valid through an ongoing order process. The Cabinet reserves the right to make typos.
All transactions are carried out in NOK. Payment will not be deducted until the order is shipped.
For orders outside Norway, VAT is deducted from the price at checkout and sold tax-free for export.

The Cabinet has free shipping on delivery in Norway. See international shipping prices further down. We will send your package the same day if you have placed your order before 3 pm on a working day. For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, we send the package the first working day afterwards.
You can also choose to pick up your package at The Cabinet in Larvik or have it delivered to your door the same day at selected postcodes in Larvik.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including all delivery details and a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery.
All goods are sent directly from our warehouse in Larvik so that you get a fast and secure delivery without additional costs such as VAT and fees (Norway).
Buyer is responsible for all costs (VAT, customs, etc) associated with the delivery and return of packages between The Cabinet and Buyer.
We ship to Norway ( incl. Svalbard and Jan Mayen ), Sweden, Denmark, Finland, USA, England, Canada, Japan, Germany, Ireland, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Portugal.

All orders with delivery in Norway are sent by tracking with Posten or Postnord to your nearest collection point or directly to your mailbox. Normal delivery time is 1-3 days with PostNord or Posten Norge.
International orders are sent with DHL and delivered to your home or to the nearest DHL collection point.
Exchange and return
The Cabinet has 30 days open return. This means that if you change your mind or need to change, you must let us know firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your package. Always refer to the order number when inquiring.
We will send you a shipping label for return by email to be used. The return label is glued on top of the original label. Fill out the return form you received with your package. Your return, including a completed return form, will be handed in to the nearest collection point within a week after the return label has been received by e-mail.
If you want to exchange, we will send you a new product free of charge once (Norway only). For returns where the cancellation deadline is used, we deduct the shipping cost NOK 79 from the purchase price upon refund. Refunds are made back to the same payment method as when the purchase was made.
When exchanging and returning for international orders, the buyer is charged the shipping cost applicable to the respective country. See shipping prices further down.
If you did not receive a return form in your package, send us another message email@example.com so we can email it to you. It is important that the return form accompanies your order so that we can handle your return quickly, and maintain a good and fast service.
Jewelry to be exchanged or returned must be unused and returned in its original packaging. All products to be returned or exchanged must be in perfect condition with no signs of use or wear and marks. If you try the product on, please wash your hands first so that no oil or impurities are applied. Put the product back in the original packaging when you are done.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria and result in the product not being salable. Products that have been specially ordered or personally engraved cannot be exchanged or returned.
Gift cards are delivered by e-mail and contain instructions on how to use them. Our gift cards have no additional fees and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The Cabinet does not guarantee that all products displayed on the website are in stock at the time you place the order. In the event that this should occur, we will inform you by e-mail shortly afterwards. We do our best to show the correct photos, info and prices, but errors can occur.
